I’m back after a very tough week off for the election. There are both a million things I could say and so many headlines that are leaving me at a loss for words.

I know that everyone’s career and life experiences are so different, and I’ve been learning more about the extreme disparities across work eligibility and opportunities.

Let’s continue to fight for each other and remember that a rising tide lifts all boats.

I QUIT MY JOB. I realize that this may seem ironic considering that one of my passions is helping people find jobs (haha).

While I tend to be pretty risk-averse, I’ve been working on an emergency fund that will allow me a bit more flexibility over these next few months. I have a few exciting consulting jobs that I’m excited to sink my teeth into, and I’ll use this time to grow my career, work to become more entrepreneurial and process my emotions in a way that seems healthier and more focused.

My areas of expertise are social media strategy, branding, content marketing and communications, and I’m thrilled to be able to focus on these.
