Hey, everyone. Happy Monday. It’s a HOT week here in NYC. As a big runner, I have to be disciplined with my days and scheduling in order to get my runs in at optimal times while also balancing a busy work week.

This, frankly, isn’t a strong suit of mine. I definitely need to step up with my organization as of late. I’m putting this in writing to hold myself accountable.
