Last week, I asked how important remote work was to you. The overwhelming answer was “very important” with 41% of the vote. This surprised me a bit since so many sports jobs are based around certain markets, but it’s good to know. Some answers I got:

  • I love working remotely, but I do enjoy the things that in-person work allows, like learning more about my coworkers or being able to lean over for a quick chat about a project.

  • I think if the salary is right and it's a great fit, commuting to work at least a few times a week isn't so bad.

  • I don't care for a “be here 1x a week” just because and hardly anyone is there the same day.

  • It would be delightful to work from home, where all my needs are met.

Thanks to everyone who weighed in, and happy job searching!

Check Out Vista Social: I have tried and/or researched pretty much every social media management platform under the sun. After tons of testing and demos, I keep coming back to Vista Social, an easy-to-use platform that fits all of my scheduling and social listening needs. Here are a few reasons I like it.

  • Batch-schedule from all platforms, with the ability to edit captions for each platform.

  • The unified inbox lets you reply to comments and DMs in one place.

  • It’s SUPER affordable compared to other options.
