Sports Jobs — A New Way to Get Hired!

Hi, friends. Checking in on an off-day to loop you in on something exciting. I’ve been working with Gondola lately, and the company just launched an amazing new jobs tool that will generate more opportunities for creatives and help produce a more diverse and equitable community.

If you’re unfamiliar with Gondola, it’s an innovative online portfolio for people who work in digital. You can easily upload all of the links for projects on which you’ve worked and see your metrics in one place. This tool is great for people who post on or create for brand accounts and may be behind the scenes.

This tool has been a total game-changer for me as a visual portfolio that takes just minutes to put together and/or update. However, Gonolda upped the ante even more by launching Gondola Jobs this week. It features what no other job tool even has: all of the content that creators have made in one place on the same site they can apply for jobs, from gigs to full-time roles.

Now, when you apply for a job on Gondola, your entire visual portfolio will be included and sent to the hiring manager! I know that it can make the creator economy and creative industry way more diverse and fair. 

Gondola Jobs will lead to faster payments for creatives and better hiring processes. With visual portfolios on Gondola, creatives will be hired for what they actually produce, not just what their resumes say.

As a reminder, Gondola is FREE for individual users, but I’d highly recommend upgrading to PRO, which allows for bulk crediting, importing, and tagging along with the option to download your credits to a CSV.
