What a whirlwind year. Whether you experienced a year of highs or are itching for a new start in 2025, we made it.

Quite frankly, I have had a ton of personal wins this year, but I’ve also experienced a lot of lows and uncertainty. Going out on my own as a consultant and freelancer was a scary leap. Who knows what’s next for me in 2025, but I feel amazing knowing that I have so many incredible people in my corner.

Speaking of incredible people … I cannot leave this year behind without a huge thank you to every single person who has opened, clicked on and shared this newsletter. I started “Sports Jobs” when I was compiling listings for former employees who had been laid off. I care so much for my employees and wanted to build a resource for them. Little did I know how it would take off.
