I’m Olivia Witherite. I have 10+ years of experience in the sports industry, and I started this email as a free service after a very tough week of work. Recently, I was tasked to re-org my team, which has led to tears, sadness and big changes in people’s livelihoods. I’m gutted.

That said, throughout my career, I’ve worked to prioritize others’ career growth and the building of more diverse teams, hence this newsletter. So, let’s help you find your next step.
