I cannot start this newsletter without saying THANK YOU.

During the Gondola Sports Summit last week, I opened up about the tragedy that defined my year, and I was greeted by such a kind and understanding audience. Then, the New York Post released a story (CW) about how I was using the NYRR Brooklyn Half Marathon to honor my dad before I PRed the next day.

This has been an awful year, but it has been filled with so many blessings. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am so lucky to be able to give back through this newsletter. Let’s get to it.
