A list of jobs in the sports industry, curated by Olivia Witherite, who is focused on creating more lanes for diverse hires

Happy April Fools’ Day! No jokes here. Let’s get you your next job.

Before we dive in, I wanted to reflect on a conversation I had with a friend yesterday. I was telling them about my recent decision to choose between two jobs, one that was flashier and seemed to make more sense on paper … and the one that I ended up taking.

I spent a good amount of time explaining my decision before finally getting to the main point: I did what was best for me.

And that’s all that matters. No one will ever know every aspect of your decision-making, and you don’t owe people the rationale for your choices.

TL;DR: You do you.

OK, let’s go. 👇

The Gondola Sports Summit is coming up in just about two months, and it’s going to be great. This is not your mama’s conference. The panels, speakers and networking opportunities provide real value for creators at every career stage.

I’m feeling very lucky to be one of the speakers at the event on a topic very important to me. (More details on that soon.)

You can snag a $50 discount to the conference, which will be held May 15 and 16 in Denver, using code olivia1 at checkout. Click the ski pass below to check out or get more details. I really hope to see you there.
